Congratulations to our Service Unit co-Manager and Troop Leader, Kathy S., for being recognized by the American Philatelic Society (APS) with the Nicholas G. Carter Volunteer Recognition Award for Local Promotion/Service.  Gretchen Moody, Director of Education for the APS, presented Kathy with the award at the Mercer Area Library on Saturday, September 14th.
