Boater Safety Course

This past Saturday, Mercer Area Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and friends joined Steve Preston of the PA Fish and Boat Commission to learn about safety on the water and earn their Boater Safety Certification, along with canoe badges.  It was a beautiful day to be in, and out, of the canoes.  Thanks also to Dr. Charles Miller for the use of his pond and pavilion, Cheryl for organizing the training, and Becca for lifeguarding.
