On Friday, Nov. 9th - Junior/Cadette Troop 30898 got together at leader Amy's home for a night of fall fun. They learned about the importance of fire safety when you are at a bonfire, made walking tacos, s'mores, sang songs and even made a few crafts. They learned how to make a lantern with popsicle sticks and wax paper. And also made bird feeders by covering toilet paper rolls with peanut butter and honey, then rolled them in bird seed. We also looked at the stars, saw Jupiter and learned about some of the constellations by using Google Sky to guide the way while out on the back deck. It was a great night with the girls and we look forward to many more!  Submitted by Michele, leader of Troop 30898
