Girl Scout Troop 36324 took advantage of Mercer's long Christmas break to have a Painting Party at the Mercer Area Library's community room. The Troop also decorated ugly sweater cookies that looked too good to eat and had their annual fuzzy sock exchange. A big thank you to former Mercer Area Girl Scout leader Linda Adams for leading the troop in the painting and to Kathy for organizing the event.
