Girl Scout Troops 36324 from Mercer and 36465 from Commodore Perry had lots of fun over the weekend! Almost 40 pairs of gloves, hats, and scarves were collected at the start of their event and were given to the Mercer Area Library to be passed on to those in need. The photos say it all - the food the girls prepared for the "New Cuisine" badge was delicious and the painting projects turned out great. A huge thank you to former Mercer Area Girl Scout leader Linda Adams for taking the time to lead the girls in the painting projects and to the Mercer Area Library for allowing the Girl Scouts to use the Community Room.
