| Over the course of 5 weeks this summer, local 3rd - 6th grade students learned about chemistry, recycling, composting, animals, computer programming, and crime scene investigation, and presented a science project that they completed on their own as part of the free "Make a Splash with STEM" program that Kate, an Ambassador Girl Scout from Troop 30094, organized as her Girl Scout Gold Award Project. A science fair was recently held at the Mercer Area Library as the final part of the program. | |
