| On Friday January 8th, 33 scouts and several of their friends along with 13 leaders from the Mercer Area Girl Scouts spent a wonderful afternoon bowling at our local bowling alley, J & J Lanes. The event was a combination recruitment and Girl Scout cookie sale kick-off event. Scouts from all of our 6 Troops were in attendance. Everyone was treated to cookie samples as well as popcorn and punch. The girls hated to leave, but can't wait to go back! Thank you to the leaders from Troop 30374 for organizing this very fun event for the Service Unit. |
