Let's Go Pitt

Not long ago, Rachael's Gold Award project was leading a twirling workshop for aspiring twirlers in the Shenango Valley. Currently she is a member of the Golden Girls at the University of Pittsburgh.  

Sunday afternoon a bus load of 27 Daisy, Brownie, and Junior Mercer Area Girl Scouts along with their parents enjoyed Girl Scout Day at the Pitt Women's Basketball game. A very special treat was meeting Mercer's own Golden Girl - and Gold Award recipient - Rachael.  Thanks to GSWPA for continuing this great event.
