This week in Girl Scouts

Girl Scouting provides many unique opportunities for our girls.  Over the weekend, Cadette Troop 30094 not only helped to usher at the Slippery Rock University's Performing Arts event - "The Hunts" - they also were able to attend an Irish Step Dancing workshop that the performers taught before the concert, and were able to meet the family of nine performing artists after the show.  The family's new CD "We Were Young" will surely accompany the girls on their adventures this summer!  

In preparation for our Service Unit's upcoming trip to McKeever Environmental Learning Center, Daisy Troop 36324 spent an evening going on a wetland scavenger hunt with the educators at Munnell Run Farm.
